All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Note: We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and paperwork
• Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery date
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any automatic knife showing signs of use or modification
• Butterfly training knives with visible wear
• Custom or special order items from our AKC X-treme EVO OTF or Campolin Stilettos collections
• Products missing original authentication materials

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

• Your order number
• Product name (e.g., “AKC F-20 OTF” or “Boker Kalashnikov”)
• Reason for return/exchange
• Photos of any defects (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 business hours, we’ll email:

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items)
• Instructions for safe packaging of tactical knives

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. For automatic knives:

• Ensure the blade is fully retracted or closed
• Use adequate padding to prevent movement
• Clearly mark the exterior with your RMA number

• Price differences will be refunded or invoiced as needed

International Returns

For customers outside Asia:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
